Who is responsible
For our customers, the customer decides what documents are used and owns the conversations their website visitors have with the assistant. SpecDesk hosts and processes that data to run the assistant.
What we do not do
We do not train AI models on customer documents or conversations, and we do not sell customer data.
How data is kept apart
Each customer's data is isolated at the database level. Personal details such as email addresses, phone numbers and card-like numbers are masked before a conversation is stored. Access to conversations is logged.
Retention
Conversation transcripts are kept for 12 months by default, or a shorter period on request. When service ends, we delete a customer's data within 30 days and confirm in writing.
This website
This marketing site does not use advertising trackers. If you email us, we keep the message to reply to you.
